Refund policy

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will gladly accept your return and process a refund or exchange. Products for return or exchange should be sent to the address below. Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Plum's Cooking Company. We will cover the cost of shipping an exchanged item back to you. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number. Please note that any refunds will take between 3-5 business days to be completed.
