This incredible homemade sourdough comes from a local stay-at-home-mom who turned a passion into a craft. Kelsi Baldwin is a mother of two beautiful daughters and a wife to a supportive and loving husband. Kelsi began baking sourdough in 2020 as a creative outlet during a time of uncertainty. What started as a personal enjoyment, quickly grew into a beloved staple in the community. Not only does she have sourdough, Kelsi also pours her heart and soul into the most delectable Chocolate Chip cookies.
